Don’t Limit Yourself!

Here is your weekly reminder that you can accomplish anything! You shouldn’t limit yourself before it’s even begun. If you can think it you most likely can achieve it, and guess what? There’s so many resources at your disposal to help you get there!

So even while this says “go as far as your mind lets you” the beauty of it is…you can constantly be learning and educating yourself. You don’t think you can get 500 followers? Look into analytics and click rate. The internet is your best friend! AND hey, you found this post to give you the push you need! First step, complete.

All Deadlines Aren’t Bad

Here at The Write Nook we love to encourage you to make goals! They could be as small as “go to bed at 10pm” or as big as “finish my novel this month.” The key is to think of what you want and set a time for it! Deadlines aren’t always bad, especially when it comes to living out your best life.

Hidden Treasures

Considering this is a literary focused blog we write a lot about how to help and inspire writers/authors. However, sometimes we neglect to focus on the inspiration that is right in front of us. Our families and friends can be instrumental to finding ourselves and sparking creativity. Talk with them, learn with them, and good things may come.

This is not to say that you might also get a headache, but in all seriousness there is no better way to learn than with and by those around you.

Happy Monday!

Go With The Flow!

Our number one tip for all writers is…to write! Who would have thought! But in all seriousness the best thing for you to do is write no matter what. You are not being judged, and nothing is a bad idea. It is simply the best way to spread your ideas on the page and rummage through your own mind. And remember flow is flow!

Happy Writing!

Monday Motivation

Our biggest advice to writers is simply to write. As elementary as that sounds it is the best way to warm up your brain. Just as athletes need to get warmed up before a game or even practise we encourage writers to write freely before thinking about their next chapter or book they want to start.

You need to fill the page with as many ideas and thoughts as possible in order to find the best ones!

Happy writing!

Stephen King Said It Best…

Stephen King said it best…when writing don’t forget to think about the reader. They are the ones you want to read the book after all. You must create the idea, but as it grows the reader has taken over and made it their own. Leave room for their imagination to grow.

Gain Your Voice

Do it for you and the rest will follow! Don’t be so hung up on being heard. You write for yourself after all, because you enjoy it. When you put all your work into a piece and you share it with the world, believe in yourself. Believe that you wrote something worth the time to read and people will read it!

Do the best that you can, and it will show. Your voice will be heard when the time is right. But in the meantime keep writing and keep trying to be the best that you can be!
